These Balsamic Roasted Beans are quick to make, delicious to eat, and are totally healthy! They will become a common staple at the dinner table in no time!
- 500g green beans
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Pat green beans dry and spread them out onto a roasting tin in a single layer so they all lay flat. Dollop with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 5 min, shake to move the beans and coat with oil. Roast for another 10 min. Splash with balsamic vinegar and return to the oven for another 5 min until beans become sticky.
